It's about 9:35 pm PST and I am rushing about as usual preparing for the arrival of Mr. Fabrice in the morning! I don't think I mentioned it before, but he is coming to visit from Atlanta for almost an entire month, and I am THRILLED! I'll be picking him from the airport first thing in the morning ! blog. The condensed version -- we met on twitter, and we've been dating long distance since last July. Last month we got engaged!!! but we are still long distance for now and I cherish every moment we get to spend together. We usually only get to see each other once a month, and I go through elaborate 1st date preparations for every visit! Lol. This will be the first time we've seen each other since the engagement. I spent TWO HOURS at the nail shop waiting for a pedicure! The lady told me the wait was 30 minutes...pssh! 30 minutes my a**... When I finally sat in the chair for my pedicure, I chose this crazy lime green polish. It is very much outside of my comfort zone. It totally looks like lime sherbet. I like it... maybe. I don't know. I'm torn. I snapped a picture but it's kinda dark and you can't really see the color. I'm gonna try to get a better one in the natural light tomorrow.
Oh, and you'll notice that my hair is NOT in a ponytail today. Yes!!!! The hair gods smiled on me this morning and I had an excellent curly hair day. I also thought my carefree curls complemented my outfit quite nicely!
