Fab Finds at CSN Stores!

With Thanksgiving coming up in just two days, I am finding it hard to focus on anything but the long weekend! Work is a blur and I really don't have much inspiration to blog so I think I am going to take a few days off.  I do have one more outfit post coming up later today before my mini-vacy, but first I wanted to share some exciting news that I got I recently! Do you guys remember when I partnered up with CSN Stores for a review, and I ended up reviewing a fab pair of faux suede brown over-the-knee boots?  Well, just in time for Black Friday, I am partnering up with CSN stores again! I'll be receiving a $65 gift certificate to use towards the purchase of one item of my choice, which of course I will review here on The Fashionista Next Door.  As you're doing your holiday shopping, be sure to keep CSN Stores on your radar. With over 200+ stores, they've got something forever everyone on your list! Furniture and home goods from sofas and barstools... or barbecue grills and fire pits for your outdoor living spaces. Of course, they've got a huge toy selection, too. They've even got gifts for the special doggy in your life. Most importantly, they've got tons of SHOES and BAGS (which is right where I'll be headed for my review).  Here are a few things I've got my eye on.

Believe it or not, I don't own a good pair of basic black platform pumps. I have your traditional pointy toe low heeled black pump for business, but I need a sexy black pump so I might just go for those.  They are also available in suede, as well as a couple other colors -- taupe and gray.  On the other hand, blue suede pumps or booties have been on my wish list for quite some time so the two options at CSN Stores are also a strong contender.  I also LOVE the cognac colored boots in the upper right corner and the maroon slouchy bootie in the center.  The bags are also really great, but are a bit more expensive than the shoes.. meaning I'd probably have to pay a hefty chunk of change beyond the amount of the gift certificate!  I don't necessarily mind that.  Ahhh decisions, decisions..

Anyway, I also wanted to remind you guys that CSN Stores offers free shipping on most items, which also makes them a great idea for holiday shopping.  You can always find great deals online, but sometimes buy the time you're done paying for shipping, you could have just gone to the store!

So any thoughts on which item I should choose for my review?

Thanks for stopping by!

Get a Shoe Makeover with Shoeclips.biz!

Well folks, I have to apologize for my unannounced hiatus. I was sick last week which for me meant no inspiration and no strength to get dressed. I was out for the count, and I am just getting back in the groove of things.  Well, kind of... I am still wearing lounge clothes today... Lol! I know, sad, sad, sad. I'll be up and at 'em again soon.

In the meantime, I wanted to share something pretty cool with you guys.  Does anyone else out there read God's Favorite Shoes?  LOVE HER! Anyway, a couple weeks ago, she posted about these fabulous little fashion gadgets from Shoeclips.biz! I thought they were so cool looking, so I headed right over their website (http://shoeclips.biz/) to check out the full selection.  I saw a few pair that I liked and was interested in buying, but they weren't in the budget that day, soI decided to just send an email to the company letting them know how cool I thought their product was.  That was it! I didn't expect anything to come of it. I didn't even mention the blog, and I honestly didn't even expect a response.  Well, imagine my surprise when I got a response back from Lynn (hi Lynn!), who had graciously taken the time to check out my blog on her own AND GUESS WHAT!  She offered to send me a couple pair of Shoeclips to review. YES!!! Of course, I was more than happy to oblige.

Now came the hard part. Choosing which ones I wanted to review. Well, I fell in love with the Ultrasude Ocelot Bows when I saw them on God's Favorite Shoes so I had to get those!

So remember these shoes?

Well here they are again adorned with the fabulous Shoeclips!!!  I think this would look very cute with a pair of skinny jeans, and a simple black top or blzaer... or maybe black tights and black pencil skirt....cute, cute, cute!

The Ocelet Bows retail for $42 and are available here!

So, for the second pair, I went with the super fun and girly polka dot Chiffon Flower. I chose black with white spots, but they also have white with black spots and a plethora of other options...

So, remember these strappy sandals?

These are my go-to strappies for when I want something simple, but now they can work double time as a fun or dressy shoe as well, with the addition of these fun shoe clips.  How cute is that?

I can't believe I'm letting you guys see my toes in these pictures! they are looking pretty shameful. :)

The Chiffon Flowers retail for $24, but they are on sale for $14!! and they are available here!

So, what do you guys think? I kinda love these things especially because I have so many basic shoes that I refuse to get rid of.  Now, I have an excuse to keep them.  I've got my eye on at least three more pairs of these lovely little shoe makeover gadgets.  Oh and if you head on over to the website don't forget to check out the Last Chance Specials. They've got some great ones like these safari buttons for only $10!

Soooooo, I hope you like what you see because The Fashionista Next Door is going to be partnering up with Shoeclips.biz for a giveaway very soon, sooooo stay tuned for more details :)

Thanks for stopping by, and I promise to get back to outfit posts soon!

Loads of Goodies at CSN Stores

If you're an avid blog reader like me, you've probably noticed the blogosphere is crazy for CSN Stores.  Well, I was pleasantly surprised when they contacted little ol' me with an opportunity to do a product review. Yippee!!!  I haven't decided what I'm going to review yet but with over 200 online stores to choose from under the CSN Stores umbrella, the options are endless... they've got it all from furniture and home decor to shoes and handbags. That's right folks, you can pick up a that new end table and a new bag all in the same place AND they offer FREE SHIPPING on most purchases over a certain dollar amount. Can't beat that!

I am pretty sure that I've got shoes on my mind, so I started browsing and here are a few things I've got my eye on...

Journee Collection OTK Boots - $52

Carlos Santana Lace-up Sandals - $99

Luchiny Wooden Sandal - $69 (also in black below)

Luichiny Peep Toe Bootie - $55

Any opinions on which one I should choose??? Sheesh, they are all HOT!!! How can I possibly choose just one!

I just noticed that all but one of these options is black. I REALLY need to get out of this black shoe phase. Maybe I'll pick something colorful to force myself to snap out of it!

Thanks for stopping by!!!
