Leopard Booties, Take II (Thanks to Alloy)

Well folks, I treid to... as Tim Gunn said "make it work" with those sad, sad, sad knockoff cow print ...cheetah print... no, leopard print booties, and it just wasn't happening. I haven't been able to bring myself to put them back on my feet. As you all know, after sharing them with you guys, I posted a pair of leopard booties from Alloy.com, and the very next day I bought them.  I am so freaking happy I did, because I love them! Aside from not being pony hair, they are perfect!

Cardigan: Stolen from mom | Dress: Target ($6 on Clearance) | Belt: Old! | Jeans: Old Navy Rockstar Denim Legging ($39.50) | Shoes: Alloy ($39.90) | Necklace: Farmer's Market ($5) | Watch: Michael Kors

Really, I couldn't have been happier with them.  I have to admit I was kinda nervous after the first disaster! I thought to myself, maybe it's just not meant to be.  Maybe if you can't afford to spend $1000 on designer leopard, then this is trend you'll have to pass on. I know, I'm so dramatic.  LOL! but seriously, the options under $50 were sparse.  Nonetheless, these did NOT disappoint.  They are super cute and super comfy! The 5" heel is high, but the 1" hidden platform makes them totally doable. If you can do a 4" heel, don't be scared off by the 5 incher on these babies!  Not that I need another pair of black booties, but I am strongly considering getting those too!

So, this is my take on Kim Kardashian's all black ensemble featuring the Christian Louboutin leopard booties. Not bad if I do say so myself...

So, what do you guys think of the new leopard booties? MUCH, MUCH better, right? Lol~

Thanks for stopping by!!! and have a GREAT weekend!
